Bangkok, 14 January 2025 – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) advises bondholders of six RICHY bond series to thoroughly review all available information, actively participate in the upcoming bondholders’ meeting, and consult with the bond issuer or representatives to gather complete and accurate details for an informed voting decision. The bondholders’ meeting is scheduled for 17 January 2025.

The SEC emphasizes the importance of transparency and due diligence in the decision-making process, urging bondholders to carefully evaluate the issuer’s financial position, repayment plans, and any potential risks associated with the bonds.
