Bangkok, 3 March 2025 – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) encourages PRIME253B bondholders to thoroughly review all relevant information, actively participate in the upcoming bondholders’ meeting, and consult with the bond issuer or the bondholders’ representative to obtain clear and comprehensive details necessary for making a well-informed voting decision. The rescheduled bondholders’ meeting is set to take place on 5 March 2025, following the previous meeting’s postponement due to insufficient quorum.
