In today’s fast-paced global market, Thai exporters need cutting-edge tools to stay competitive and expand their reach. This new online platform is designed to empower Thai businesses by streamlining export processes, connecting them with international buyers, and providing real-time market insights.

Key Points

  • The Commerce Ministry of Thailand has launched a new online service, Kid Ka Briefing, to provide Thai exporters with specific insights into potential Chinese provinces for expanding their exports.
  • The service is part of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand in 2025, with China being Thailand’s top trading partner since 2013.
  • The service offers detailed information about prospective Chinese provinces, including geographical zones, population, local lifestyles, and socio-economic conditions, with tropical fruits being the top exports from Thailand to China.

New Online Service for Thai Exporters

The Commerce Ministry of Thailand has launched a new online service, Kid Ka Briefing (คิดค้า Briefing), to assist Thai exporters in expanding their reach to potential provinces in the Chinese market. The service, which marks the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and Thailand in 2025, provides detailed insights into individual Chinese provinces that are deemed promising for Thai exports.

Details of the Service and Sino-Thai Trade

The Kid Ka Briefing service, available on the Kid Ka website (คิดค้า.com), offers a wealth of information about prospective Chinese provinces, including geographical zones, population figures, local consumers’ lifestyles and behaviors, per capita income, and socio-economic conditions. Thai exporters are encouraged to utilize the 24-hour downloadable factsheets to explore export opportunities and refine their strategic plans. Official data indicates that Sino-Thai bilateral trade exceeded 134 billion US dollars in 2024, with tropical fruits like durian, longan, and pomelo leading Thailand’s export list to China. However, demand for Thai-manufactured products in China has also seen significant growth.
