The SEC advises bondholders of seven GRAND bond series to prepare for the May 21 meeting, where they’ll vote on extending bond maturity and increasing interest rates by 0.30%.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) encourages bondholders of the seven series of GRAND bonds to review all available information thoroughly, exercise their rights at the upcoming bondholders’ meeting, and contact the bond issuer or the bondholders’ representative to gather comprehensive details for an informed voting decision. The bondholders’ meeting is scheduled for 21 May 2025.
