LAS VEGAS, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Samyang Corporation announced that it will participate in SupplySide Global (SSG) 2026, taking place October 28–30 in Las Vegas, to showcase its expanded dietary fiber portfolio and sugar reduction solutions.

SSG is a B2B exhibition featuring ingredients and technologies for the dietary supplement, food and beverage, personal care, and pet nutrition industries. The event brings together more than 1,600 exhibiting companies from approximately 80 countries and attracts over 20,000 industry professionals annually, including ingredient suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and research organizations. This year marks Samyang Corporation’s fifth consecutive appearance since 2022.

At the exhibition, Samyang Corporation introduces its tapioca-based resistant dextrin to the North American market as part of its efforts to expand its dietary fiber portfolio. By adding a tapioca-based product to its existing corn-based resistant dextrin lineup, the company aims to provide customers with a wider choice. The company also features kestose, a crystalline dietary fiber, further expanding the application opportunities for its dietary fiber solutions beyond existing powder and liquid formats.

Samyang Corporation has also continued to build a body of scientific evidence on the health benefits of allulose, an alternative sweetener, while advancing application technologies to address changes in taste, texture, and physical properties when sugar is replaced. At the exhibition, Samyang presents its research findings and application technologies, offering sugar reduction solutions tailored to customers’ product characteristics and development goals.

Samyang Corporation offers beverage samples at its booth to help visitors better understand its sugar reduction solutions. A hydration beverage made with allulose and resistant dextrin combines reduced sugar with added dietary fiber and a clean, refreshing finish. Its mineral formulation is designed to provide electrolyte support for hydration before and after exercise and throughout the day.

Samyang also offers a powdered electrolyte drink made with kestose, a crystalline dietary fiber. The drink comes in single-serve stick packs for mixing with water. Kestose absorbs little moisture, helping minimize clumping, and dissolves readily in water, making it well suited to powdered beverages and stick-pack products.

Vitamin C pectin gummies are also available for tasting. The gummies feature significantly reduced sugar content and added dietary fiber while maintaining the characteristic chewy texture and shape stability of conventional gummies without the use of gelatin.
