Thailand is an ideal base for British companies wanting to access the rapidly growing ASEAN markets, former prime minister Tony Blair told Business Report Thailand this week.

But the UK, and particularly, London presented great opportunities for Thai investors, too. “I think Thailand’s potentially for the UK a great gateway into ASEAN. As the ASEAN countries become more powerful, Thailand is a good base for British companies,” Blair said.
