tourists in the aftermath of this event.

## Tourism and Real Estate Sector Repercussions

Concerns over safety are expected to cause a short-term decline in international
tourist numbers, projected to drop by 400,000 by April. Meanwhile, the real estate
sector, particularly condominiums, may experience delayed purchases and transfers,

year.
