A while back, when a startup founder mentioned to me that he wasn’t sure he had the personality to be an entrepreneur, I realized how important that insight was. My first thought is that if you are more annoyed than energized by expert advice, team suggestions, and customer input, then you should probably avoid this line of work.
Find a problem, then solve it. Rather than finding a new idea first, try finding a problem first. Problem solvers make successful entrepreneurs. Idea people are dreamers, who often don’t enjoy the hard work of a solution in a specific timeframe to make money.
Focus on recurring revenues.
A great way to make more money more easily online is to replace one-time sales with automatically renewing subscriptions. With a stable base of subscribers, this can mean a continuing revenue stream from newsletters, support, or advice on demand.
Education and healthcare services
The education standards in Thailand are accepted by many international examining bodies, and a great number of international schools and colleges offer world-class education, while its universities are outstanding. In terms of healthcare, Thailand has developed an excellent reputation globally, due to its internationally-certified doctors and medical staff, and modern facilities and equipment. It is so good that one of the fastest-rising tourism sectors is medical tourism, with international patients visiting Thailand to take advantage of Thailand’s world-class and extremely affordable health care system.
The Million Dollar Idea, and how to make it work
Identify and act on leading measures first. Some actions have more impact than others when reaching for a goal. Hold the lag measures for later (results available after the fact), and focus on lead measures first (predictive of achieving a goal). For example, more customer leads is predictive of more sales revenue later.

Thai singer Lalisa Manobal, born in the northeastern province of Buriram, recently launched her first single album. She is now a member of the South Korean girl group “Blackpink” formed by YG Entertainment.(more…)
Feathers Fly Over: Cock-fighting is One of Thailand’s Most Popular Activities
Some Thai citizens are fighting to end this practice. The notion of animal welfare is slowly gaining momentum in the country. Their push saw the introduction of the first-ever animal welfare law to the applause of animal rights activists.
Cock-fighting is a popular sport in Thailand. If you thought that was a cliché, then consider the fact that top-fighting birds could cost up to 3 million baht, and gambling wagers are usually as large as 22 million baht.(more…)
