Bangkok, 18 December 2024 – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) encourages
bondholders of three tranches of Sabuy Technology Public Company Limited (SABUY)
bonds to thoroughly review all relevant information, actively participate in the
upcoming bondholders’ meeting, and engage with the bond issuer or bondholders’ representative
to gather clear and comprehensive details for an informed voting decision. The bondholders’
meeting is scheduled for 20 December 2024.
