Bangkok, 21 January 2025 – The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has updated
the ESG Product Platform, adding key information on Sustainable and Responsible
Investing Fund (SRI Fund)  to the central hub for sustainability-themed financial
products. This continuing effort to promote sustainable investment makes it easier
for capital market participants and the public to access accurate, comprehensive
and up-to-date information more conveniently.

SEC Secretary-General Pornanong Budsaratragoon said: “The SEC launched the ESG Product
Platform in January 2023, demonstrating our commitment to continuous development.
The goal is to ensure that capital market participants and the public can easily
access information on sustainability-themed financial products from reliable sources.
This update introduces key information on SRI Funds, categorized by tax-benefit
products such as Retirement Mutual Fund (RMF), Super Savings Fund (SSF) and Thai
ESG Fund. It also includes essential details like Assets Under Management (AUM),
the number of funds, and the number of asset management companies offering these
funds. Additionally, the database is updated at the end of day to ensure accuracy
and timeliness.

“In the next phase of developing the ESG Product Platform, the SEC plans to categorize
information on Thai ESG Funds that invest in stocks of listed companies that disclose
their corporate value-up plans. This aims to facilitate investors interested in
Thai ESG Funds with a focus on such stocks. This follows the SEC’s expansion of
the scope of eligible assets for Thai ESG Funds, allowing investments in stocks
of listed companies with corporate value up plans. The initiative seeks to encourage
listed companies to enhance their governance standards,” added SEC Secretary-General.
