The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) announces the listings of four Depositary Receipts (DRs) based on exchange traded funds (ETFs) listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. “GOLD03,” “JAP03,” “OIL03” and “WORLD03” DRs issued by Pi Securities pcl will start trading on February 3, 2025.
The four newly launched Depositary Receipts (DRs) are as follows:
- GOLD03: Tied to the SPDR Gold Shares ETF, this DR provides a seamless and efficient way for investors to access gold investments by reflecting global gold price movements.
- JAP03: Linked to the Global X Japan Global Leaders ETF, this DR focuses on leading Japanese companies with strong growth potential in both domestic and international markets. It highlights firms renowned for innovation and consistent performance.
- OIL03: Associated with the Global X S&P Crude Oil Futures Enhanced ER ETF, this DR primarily invests in crude oil futures contracts, closely tracking the S&P Crude Oil Enhanced Index to mirror crude oil price trends.
- WORLD03: Aligned with the Global X Innovative Bluechip Top 10 ETF, this DR invests in shares of 10 globally recognized companies driving innovation and transformative change worldwide.
DRs (Depositary Receipts) are investment tools that enable investors to gain exposure to foreign securities while trading conveniently in Thai baht through existing securities accounts.
