The SEC urges bondholders of NRF254A bonds to review all information before voting at the upcoming meeting on 25 March 2025 regarding waivers and approvals sought by the issuer, NR Instant Produce Public Company Limited. Bondholders should seek details from the issuer or bondholders’ representative to make informed decisions.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) encourages NRF254A bondholders to thoroughly review all relevant information, actively participate in the upcoming bondholders’ meeting, and consult the bond issuer or the bondholders’ representative to gather complete and accurate details for an informed voting decision. The bondholders’ meeting is scheduled for 25 March 2025.

The SEC mandates that the bondholders’ representative evaluate both the advantages and disadvantages, as well as the potential impacts on bondholders, in scenarios where approval is granted or denied for the aforementioned matters. This analysis must include supporting reasons and the representative’s opinions. Bondholders are strongly encouraged to carefully review this information and actively exercise their rights to safeguard their interests. Additionally, they should seek clarification from the bondholders’ representative to ensure they have all necessary details before casting their vote during the bondholders’ e-meeting.
