The Bhumjaithai Party, led by caretaker Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul, has

Based on these early returns, Bhumjaithai is projected to win the general election.
It is anticipated that the Bhumjaithai Party will likely form the next stable government
in a coalition with Pheu Thai and the Klatham Party, collectively commanding over
300 parliamentary seats.

The People’s Party leader, Natthaphong Ruengpanyawut, has stated his party will
assume the role of opposition, affirming his previous commitment not to support
Bhumjaithai in leading the government. These preliminary results are consistent
with pre-election opinion surveys, where Bhumjaithai was favored to win in two out
of three forecasts.
