on a donation drive that continues until 31 Dec 2026

The initiative united **BMG, Healing Horses, EQUAL+, Apex Group, AutismStep, Ray
of Hope and The Green & Purple Movement**, each contributing towards a shared commitment
to supporting children on the autism spectrum and their families.

Developed over six months, the initiative reflects BMG’s belief that care should
extend beyond clinical settings, creating meaningful opportunities for children
who may have limited access to specialised programmes.

Through guided equine-assisted activities, the programme aimed to encourage sensory
engagement, emotional regulation, communication, movement and confidence, with each
child’s comfort and individual needs guiding their participation.

_"As a healthcare group, we believe care should extend beyond the patients we see
and into the communities around us. Spectrum of Possibilities reflects our belief
that every child deserves opportunities to explore, develop and feel included, regardless
of their circumstances. This initiative represents six months of thoughtful planning
and collaboration with partners who share our commitment to making care and inclusion
more accessible to families who need them,"_ said **Elayne Soh, Chief Executive
Officer of Beyond Medical Group**.

**Small Moments, Lasting Impressions**

For participating families, the experience offered moments of joy, encouragement
and connection as parents and caregivers watched their children explore new experiences,
demonstrate curiosity and engage with their surroundings.

Reflecting on the occasion, **Daniel Ong, Advisory Group Partner of Apex Group**,
shared his perspective: _"When we create meaningful experiences for children and
their families, their value goes beyond the day itself. These are the memory dividends
that stay with us, bringing joy, encouragement and a sense of connection. We hope
these moments will continue to hold meaning for the families and remind us why supporting
one another as a community matters."_

**A Shared Commitment to Care**

Spearheaded and coordinated by **Vivian Lim, BMG Head of Corporate Partnership &
Special Projects**, the initiative brought together organisations sharing a commitment
to supporting children on the autism spectrum and their families.

With **15 years of experience in equine-assisted therapy**, **Healing Horses**,
led by Founder and Lead Therapist Ms Chitra Rogers, played a central role in designing
and guiding the therapeutic experience. **EQUAL+** provided a safe and supportive
environment for children to engage with the horses through interactive stable activities,
grooming, bathing and riding.

**The Green & Purple Movement**, led by Dr Geraldine Tan, showcased how young adults
on the autism spectrum can contribute meaningfully to society, offering caregivers
an encouraging glimpse of future possibilities and highlighting the importance of
inclusive employment opportunities. **AutismStep and Ray of Hope** supported the
wider community engagement surrounding the initiative.

The participating organisations hope the initiative will inspire further collaboration
across the healthcare, corporate and community sectors to create programmes that
are thoughtful, inclusive and meaningful for the communities they serve.

**The Commitment Continues Beyond the Event**

While the inaugural event concluded on 23 October, **Spectrum of Possibilities 2026
remains ongoing**, with its donation drive continuing until **31 December 2026**.

Beyond Medical Group invites the wider community to be part of this effort in supporting
children on the autism spectrum from low-income families and their caregivers, extending
the spirit of care and inclusion beyond the event itself.
