In his new roles, Pulido will lead CSTS’ regional sports strategy, drive commercial
growth and innovation, and deepen international relationships with rights holders,

Pulido brings nearly three decades of international leadership experience across
sports, hospitality, and premium events. Prior to joining CSTS, Pulido held senior
executive positions across the global sports hospitality landscape, including On
Location and Winterhill Hospitality. He also advised on global tournament travel
programmes, including the Bangkok 1998 Asian Games, the 2002 FIFA World Cup in Korea
and Japan, the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany and the United States’ FIFA World 
Cup bid initiatives. Throughout his career, he has built an extensive global network
and helped bridge industries and markets through innovative commercial partnerships
and audience engagement strategies.
