**PRO3C plans to expand from eight to 18 SMT lines by the end of 2027, strengthening

TAIPEI, Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Taiwan-listed FIC Global Inc. (FICG, TWSE:
3701) continues to strengthen its manufacturing footprint in Southeast Asia to support
growing global demand for artificial intelligence (AI), high-performance computing(
HPC), data centres and high-speed optical communications.

Representatives of FICG’s subsidiary, PRO3C (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., and Cape EMS Berhad(
5311.KL) pose with the signed MOA and conditional subscription agreement for RCPS
on 16 October 2026.

Following the grand opening of the manufacturing facility of FICG’s subsidiary PRO3C
in Johor on 15 October 2026, PRO3C is advancing its expansion through a strategic
collaboration with Cape EMS Berhad (5311.KL), a company listed on the Main Market
of Bursa Malaysia. On 16 October 2026, PRO3C (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. signed a Memorandum
of Agreement (MOA) and a conditional subscription agreement for Redeemable Convertible
Preference Shares (RCPS) with Cape EMS.

PRO3C’s Johor facility entered mass production in the first quarter of 2026. The
site currently operates eight SMT lines and plans to expand to 18 lines by the end
of 2027, subject to market demand and operational requirements.

Under the MOA, Cape EMS will act as PRO3C’s local strategic partner in Johor, Malaysia,
supporting PRO3C’s Johor operations with facilities, material kitting, warehousing,
manufacturing support and integrated support services. The parties have also reached
a preliminary understanding on other areas of collaboration; the scope, fees and
commercial terms will be set out in definitive agreements to be entered into between
the parties.

The collaboration combines PRO3C’s engineering expertise, international quality
systems and global customer relationships with Cape EMS’s established manufacturing
infrastructure, experienced EMS workforce and local operational capabilities. It
is expected to support PRO3C’s production ramp-up, improve operational flexibility
and strengthen supply chain integration.

Mr. Leo Chien, Chairman of FIC Global Inc., said: "The signing of this MOA reflects
our confidence in Cape EMS as our local strategic partner in Malaysia. As PRO3C
expands its advanced manufacturing operations to support growing demand for AI infrastructure
and next-generation optical interconnect technologies, Cape EMS’s established facilities,
experienced workforce and local expertise will complement our technology capabilities
and global customer relationships. Our objective goes beyond immediate manufacturing
requirements. We look forward to building a long-term, sustainable and mutually
beneficial partnership that supports our growth in Johor and contributes to Malaysia’s
advanced manufacturing ecosystem."

PRO3C has also entered into a conditional agreement to subscribe for RM50 million
in Redeemable Convertible Preference Shares (RCPS) to be issued by Cape EMS, further
supporting the long-term collaboration. The proposed subscription remains subject
to the conditions precedent under the agreement, including the approval of FICG’s
board of directors, the approval of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and the approval
of Cape EMS’s shareholders.

FICG considers the strategic investment to be aligned with the Group’s long-term
operations and capacity expansion in the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone.
Compared with a pure outsourcing arrangement, a collaboration combined with a strategic
investment supports closer cooperation on manufacturing resources, operational planning
and supply chain management, laying the foundation for future upgrades in advanced
manufacturing and business expansion.

The collaboration supports FICG’s Johor–Singapore Twinning Strategy, linking PRO3C’s
advanced manufacturing, mass production and delivery capabilities in Johor with
FICG’s planned Innovation and Supply Chain Centre in Singapore, which will focus
on global innovation, strategic sourcing, supply chain management and international
customer engagement.

By combining its manufacturing expertise in Taiwan, Malaysia’s production capabilities
and Singapore’s international connectivity, FICG aims to strengthen its integrated
cross-border operating platform and global delivery capabilities. FICG will continue
to pursue a development model that combines its own manufacturing bases with strategic
partnerships, balancing speed of capacity expansion, capital efficiency and operational
resilience, and will advance the expansion of PRO3C’s Johor facility prudently in
line with market demand.
