Understanding (MOU) to explore opportunities for future collaboration related to
Bell’s industrial participation activities in Canada.

the MOU establishes a framework for discussions focused on in-service support solutions,
capability expansion, and the application of advanced drivetrain health monitoring
technologies for current and future Bell aircraft programs.
