Fund, a leading EB-5 regional center operator, is pleased to announce that it has
received an I-956F approval from United States Citizenship and Immigration Services(
USCIS) for a Home2 Suites by Hilton Project in Ashland, Ohio. The project has been
approved for both the rural and high unemployment EB-5 set-aside categories.

Green Card Fund, which has a 100% project approval with USCIS, is providing EB-5
investment funds for the project, which is scheduled to be completed in March of
2027. After breaking ground in November of 2025, the project has passed the halfway
point of the construction process for the 93-room extended stay hotel.

Project developer and operator Witness Investment will oversee the development and
operations of the project. Witness is an experienced hospitality group based out
of Chicago that specializes in Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Hyatt assets in the Midwest.
The group has more than 40 assets, totaling more than 4,000 rooms in its portfolio.
