the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Annual Legislative Conference. _

at the recent Congressional Black Caucus Foundation 55th Annual Legislative Conference
in Washington, DC. The exhibit traces the history of psychiatric practices to the
present day, underscoring its evolution from the early days to its future with the
modern emphasis on the preservation of human rights in the field of mental health.
