TAIPEI, Oct. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — J&V Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was recognized
with the Corporate Excellence Award at the Asia Pacific Enterprise Awards (APEA)
2026 Taiwan Chapter, organized by Enterprise Asia, honoring its sustained growth
and expanding contribution to the low-carbon energy transition. Established in 2016
and headquartered in Taipei, the company has evolved from a solar energy developer
into a diversified energy and infrastructure group spanning renewable energy, green
electricity trading, battery energy storage, water treatment, circular economy solutions,
and AI infrastructure.

J&V Energy’s growth has been driven by its ability to combine technology, capital,
and strategic partnerships across the energy value chain. The Group developed Taiwan’s
largest fishery-solar project at 128 MW, established Greenet as Taiwan’s leading
private green electricity trading platform, and developed Recharge Power into one
of Taiwan’s largest energy storage integrators. Recharge Power’s cumulative deployments
have reached 412 MW/1,055 MWh, including experience delivering Taiwan’s largest 
single energy storage project.

The Group’s expanding operations now extend across Taiwan region, Japan, Australia,
the Philippines, and other Asian markets. In 2025, the Group achieved 96.9% year-
on-year growth in consolidated revenue and expanded its workforce to 546 employees.
During the year, its solar assets generated approximately 250 million kWh of renewable
electricity, while Greenet supplied approximately 420 million kWh of green electricity
to corporate customers.

J&V Energy further expanded its renewable generation capacity in 2026 by acquiring
42 operating solar plants totaling 187 MW. The portfolio is expected to generate
approximately 270 million kWh annually, bringing the Group’s overall annual solar
generation potential to approximately 520 million kWh. Through its community solar
programs, J&V Energy has also donated 32 kW across seven counties, reduced 18.6 
tonnes of carbon emissions, and recorded 44,018 participant engagements through 
green-energy education.
