The annual ranking recognises 1,000 organisations worldwide based on a holistic approach that evaluates both short-term revenue growth and mid- to long-term corporate sustainability, including employee satisfaction and sustainability transparency. Ricoh’s inclusion reflects its sustainable business growth, supported by revenue expansion, further reductions in carbon intensity, and improved employee satisfaction. "At Ricoh, we envision a future where individuals are empowered to find Fulfillment through Work by transforming workplaces into inspiring and creative environments. Realising this vision starts with our own people — by creating a workplace where every employee can grow, contribute and thrive," said Akira Oyama, president and CEO, Ricoh Company, Ltd. "Our recognition in the TIME World’s Best Companies 2026 ranking reflects our commitment to nurturing people and advancing sustainability as foundations for long-term value creation. Guided by our corporate philosophy, Ricoh will continue to support our customers’ transformation while contributing to a more sustainable society." The World’s Best Companies ranking evaluates organisations across three equally weighted dimensions: ◦ **Employee Satisfaction:** Evaluated through an independent survey of roughly 200,000 employees in over 50 countries, based on direct recommendations of their own employers and evaluations of peer organisations that stood out positively or negatively within their industry. ◦ **Revenue Growth:** Measured relative and absolute revenue growth from 2023 to 2025 (or 2022 to 2024) for companies generating over US$100 million in their last fiscal year. ◦ **Sustainability Transparency:** Assessed using standardised key performance indicators (KPIs) across environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria, including carbon intensity, board gender diversity and compliance with GRI reporting guidelines. This recognition marks Ricoh’s third inclusion on the TIME World’s Best Companies list, following selections in 2023 and 2025. It builds on another honour from TIME in 2026: inclusion in the World’s Most Sustainable Companies 2026 list, focused on ESG performance and transparency.
