online media platform and game business group, will report its first quarter 2026
unaudited financial results on Monday, May 18, 2026, before U.S. market hours.

Sohu’s management team will host a conference call on the same day at 5:00 a.m. 
U.S. Eastern Time, May 18, 2026 (5:00 p.m. Beijing/Hong Kong time, May 18, 2026)
following the quarterly results announcement.
