# The Stock Exchange Shapes a New Generation of Professionals for Thailand’s Capital Market

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) joins hands with partners Continue to mold 
the next generation of personnel into the financial profession through the “New 
Breed Capital Market Financial Professionals” project for the fifth consecutive 
year. More than 13,000 students and start-ups have been employed.

**Mr. Assadej Kongsiri Director & Manager The Stock Exchange of Thailand** said 
that the new generation is an important force that will help drive the growth of
the Thai capital market in the future. Therefore, the SET has collaborated with 
partners to organize the “New Breed Capital Market Financial Professionals” project
for the fifth consecutive year to promote students’ understanding of financial analysis
and investment management. Students and the new generation of beginners are ready
to become professionals on the career path of finance, which is an important profession
and is in demand by both the capital market and business sectors. The program aims
to provide financial analysis and investment management knowledge through the AISA
or Certified Investment and Securities Analyst course at the Foundation Knowledge
level, ready for participants to experience the real business world.

This year, 2,909 people from 69 universities across the country applied for the 
New Breed Capital Market Financial Professionals Program and went through the screening
process to receive 253 AISA scholarship recipients.

The New Breed Capital Market Financial Professionals 2025 project is a collaboration
between the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the Thai Securities Companies Association,
the Thai Listed Companies Association, and Lakeshore Company. Capital Partners Co.,
Ltd. Singha Ventures Plc. Storage Asia Plc. Osotspa Plc. This year, the Exclusive
Financial Career Camp has increased the learning to 3 career fields, which participants
can choose according to their interests: 1) the financial field of financial institutions,
2) the financial field of listed companies, both of which will learn the practical
work of professionals, show their potential in financial case studies, as well as
increase their skills and develop themselves to meet the needs of the capital market
in the modern era, and 3) the Career Career Path Course, which focuses on strengthening
the necessary soft skills through the 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens course 
and the Career Readiness course to learn the necessary skills to live and know yourself
