A sales promotion at one Bangkok condominium project has resulted in more than THB500 million (US$16.02 million) of sales in just three months. Sathorn Gardens, a freehold condominium projects on Sathorn Road in Bangkok, launched its ‘Mission 07′ campaign in June, and is now extending it to cover newly released units.
Developed by leading Asian real estate investment company Pacific Star International (Thailand), the promotion offers what are described as seven highly desirable privileges; which are a fully furnished residence with high quality home appliances, zero down payment, zero transfer fee, zero mortgage registration fee, up to 100 per cent financing, zero Common Area Management fee for one year and zero sinking fund Urasate Navanugraha, Vice President Asset Development, reiterated the company’s plan to provide the best possible option to attract target owners and investors.
He said: “We have continuously received great responses since the launch of our project. The recent ‘Mission 07′ promotion received overwhelming positive feedback because of what we had to offer. Demand is still very high so we are now extending the promotion to meet these demands”.
The company declined to confirm the number of units which have been sold during the current promotion. Prices for units at the development were recently quoted at THB95,000 (US$2,935) per sqm.
