Townhouses dominated new housing launches in October, which totalled 31 projects and 5,192 units in all classes worth a combined 23.549 billion baht, up 14% from September, according to Agency for Real Estate Affairs.

New townhouses launched last month were 2,221 units or 42.8% of the total, followed by 1,591 single houses or 30.6%, and 1,103 condominium units or 21.2%.

The average price per unit in October was 4.536 million baht as 70% of new units were priced below 3 million baht.
