The development boasts 32 private residences and are located on a hillside on the south west tip of the island, approximately 45 minutes from the airport. They offer spectacular views of the island’s idyllic archipelago and access to a private beach.

The villas will be managed by Conrad, the contemporary luxury hotel brand within the Hilton family, offering owners access to a wide range of facilities including world class dining, swimming pool and signature spa, gym, kid’s club and library

Each property occupies plots ranging from 480 to 1,040 square metres and will feature striking contemporary, Thai-inspired interiors. Built on two levels, the 25 two-bedroom and 7 three-bedroom villas come complete with private pool, sun deck and lounge area with views of Koh Samui’s stunning sunsets.

The villas will be priced from THB43.8 million for a two-bedroom villa to THB88 million for a three-bedroom villa. Villa design is by leading Singapore architects Eco>ID (Metropolitan Bangkok and W Maldives), and interior design is by Wilson Associates (Conrad Bangkok and Banyan Tree Bali).

The Conrad Koh Samui Residences will be launched in Hong Kong on the weekend of March 6-7 at an exhibition at the Conrad Hotel Hong Kong, in cooperation with appointed sales agent CB Richard Ellis.
