# MAI Stock Exchange welcomes Nice Call Public Company Limited (NCP)

NICE CALL PCL (NCP), a product distribution business and direct marketing service
provider via telephone sales channels, is ready to be traded on the Market for Alternative
Investment (MAI) on July 31st with a market capitalization at the IPO price of 360
million baht, using the abbreviation “NCP” for trading securities.

Mr. Prapan Charoenprawat, Managing Director of the Market for Alternative Investment(
mai), revealed that the mai welcomes Nice Call Public Company Limited to list and
start trading on the mai under the Services Group, using the abbreviation “NCP” 
on July 31, 2024.

NCP operates a product distribution business and provides direct marketing services(
Direct Marketing) through telemarketing channels. The products that the company 
specializes in distributing are health supplements, beauty products, and cosmeceutical
products. At present, the company has 42 partners who sell products through the 
company’s sales channels and distributes a total of 57 brands and 203 products. 
In addition, the company has developed products under its own brand called “BN” 
with 21 products already distributed. In 2023, the company began expanding its business
to provide upselling services from the first sale of products (Upselling Service)
and sales staff management services (Dedicated Telesales Outsourcing), which is 
the provision of a specific telephone sales team for product owners.

The company has a target customer database of more than 5 million names and has 
219 telesales staff who are permanent employees and prisoners under the project 
to return good people to society with prisons in many areas. In the first quarter
of 2024, the company had revenue from sales of products from partners, revenue from
sales of products of the company’s brand, and revenue from services in the proportion
of 66:31:3 respectively.
