Medeze, a stem cell banking service provider, will start trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on October 15

The company will debut with a market capitalization of 9,612 million baht at the initial public offering (IPO) price, trading under the symbol "MEDEZE".

Plc. Medeze Group, a prominent stem cell banking service provider that meets international standards, is set to be listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on October 15. The company will debut with a market capitalization of 9,612 million baht at the initial public offering (IPO) price, trading under the symbol “MEDEZE”.

MEDEZE has a paid-up capital of 534 million baht. The company’s IPO consists of 268 million shares, each with a par value of 0.50 baht. The offering, at the discretion of the underwriter, includes at least 201 million shares for individuals, up to 40.20 million shares for company patrons, and up to 26.80 million shares for directors.

From October 2 to 4, 2024, the company and its subsidiaries issued shares at 9 baht each, raising a total capital of 2,412 million baht and achieving a market capitalization of 9,612 million baht at the IPO price. Yuanta Securities (Thailand) Co., Ltd. serves as the financial advisor and lead underwriter for the ordinary shares.
