# Mai PLC announces its first-quarter performance for 2025, reporting total sales of 50,432 million baht.

Mr. Praphan Charoenbiot, Manager of MAI Stock Exchange (MAI), revealed that 216 
companies are listed on MAI, accounting for 96% of the total 224 companies (excluding
companies in the group that may be delisted, NC companies, companies that do not
close their statements on time, and companies that do not submit their statements).

baht. Therefore, in the first quarter of 2025, mai Co., Ltd. had a decrease in gross
profit margin (GPM), operating profit margin (OPM) and net profit margin (NPM).

“The Company’s performance in the first quarter of 2025, although the total sales
decreased, it was found that there were 114 companies with sales growth compared
to the previous year, accounting for 53% of the companies that submitted financial
statements, and 151 companies reported net profit, accounting for 70% of the companies
that submitted financial statements. Some of them have decreased significantly and
have a high proportion of the impact compared to the consolidated performance of
all companies. Some of them have almost completed the delivery of the contracted
projects. As a result, the performance of this period has decreased. There was a
loss from the fair value adjustment of financial assets and digital assets. From
the previous year, it was a profit item. However, in this quarter, there are 4 industry
groups that can still maintain sales growth, namely agriculture and food industry,

The total capital structure is still in a strong position, with a debt-to-equity
