TAT Has Been Recognized as “Best Destination in Asia-Pacific” in the Travel Weekly Asia Readers’ Choice Awards 2023. The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has been praised for its contribution to positive and significant changes in the tourism industry, earning the title of “Best Destination in Asia-Pacific” in the Travel Weekly Asia Readers’ Choice Awards 2023. This recognition showcases TAT’s commitment to working with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to create the best travel experiences for visitors from around the world.
This is the second time that Thailand has received the prestigious title of “Best Destination in Asia-Pacific” from the Travel Weekly Asia Readers’ Choice Awards. The first was in 2018. TAT’s efforts have been applauded by experts in the industry who recognize the organization’s dedication and perseverance in promoting Thailand as a top travel destination.
In addition to TAT, two hotels in Bangkok have also been recognized in this year’s awards. The Capella Bangkok has been awarded the title of “Best Luxury Hotel in Asia-Pacific,” while the Holiday Inn Bangkok was voted the “Best Mid-Range Hotel in Asia-Pacific.”
The winners of the Travel Weekly Asia Readers’ Choice Awards 2023 were selected through votes from industry experts from June 8 to July 28, 2023. The awards celebrate exceptional travel and hospitality businesses that demonstrate innovation, professionalism, and excellence in their respective fields.
