**Central Pattana plc is investing 135 billion baht for new projects, aiming to 
create ‘The Ecosystem for All’ in Thailand and ASEAN.**

## The Next Five Years: Investment and Development Plan

The five-year investment plan for 2023-2027 involves a total investment of 135 billion
baht and focuses on the business model of the future called ‘The Ecosystem for All’.
The aim is to connect all sectors together, upgrade life in 360˚ aspects, and develop
more than 200 projects, including 25 mixed-use projects in 30 cities in Thailand
and across ASEAN.

## New Openings and Future Projects

Recent openings include Centara Ubon, GO! Hotel Ban Chang Robinson Lifestyle, and
Marché Thonglor community mall, with several new projects set to open this year,
such as Central Westville, Centara Ayutthaya, Centara One Rayong, and GO! Hotel 
in Si Racha and Chonburi. Additionally, seven residential projects are in the pipeline.

## Strong Q1 Performance and Recognition

Central Pattana recently reported strong growth for Q1 2023, with total earnings
of 10.29 billion baht, representing a 27% increase from the previous year. The company
has been recognized as Thailand’s Most Admired Company and has unveiled a vision
and business strategy toward fulfilling the needs of everyone’s lifestyles, both
online & offline, while expanding to new assets for a better future and caring for
society and the environment.
