Asia, providing financial support and business cooperation.**

## UOB Signs Agreement with CHANGAN International Corporation

UOB has entered into an agreement with CHANGAN International Corporation, a subsidiary
of China’s CHANGAN Automobile, to support the company’s international investment
and development of electric vehicle businesses in Thailand and Southeast Asia. As
part of the agreement, UOB will serve as the main operating bank for CHANGAN outside
of China and will offer financial services to facilitate innovation and green development.

## Commitment to Enhancing Business Cooperation

UOB is dedicated to enhancing business cooperation in finance and trade and will
assist CHANGAN with global credit services, wealth management, and green financial
solutions. CHANGAN aims to establish Thailand as a regional hub for electric vehicle
expansion and has already showcased two electric vehicle models at the Thailand 
Motor Expo 2023. Additionally, CHANGAN has begun construction on advanced electric
vehicle production facilities in Rayong province.

## Important Step in CHANGAN’s International Expansion

This collaboration with UOB marks an important step in CHANGAN’s international expansion
and its plans for future growth in the electric vehicle market. The partnership 
will help to further CHANGAN’s goal of establishing a strong presence in Thailand
