## TAT partners HBO for filming of “The White Lotus” season 3 in Thailand

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has confirmed that Thailand will be the
prominent set for HBO’s Emmy-winning anthology series, The White Lotus, season 3.
Filming is set to commence in February in Bangkok, Phuket, and Ko Samui. Ms. Thapanee

She highlighted the kingdom’s exotic natural beauty, rich historical sites, and
diverse landscapes as the perfect settings to showcase the country’s culture, cuisine,
wellness offerings, and Thai hospitality.

The first two seasons were filmed at two Four Seasons hotels – The Four Seasons
Resort Maui at Wailea, and San Domenico Palace, Taormina. The third season should
also take place at one, or several, of the luxury group’s Thai properties. The Four
Seasons group has four properties in Thailand: a riverside retreat in Bangkok; a
hotel set amongst the rice fields of Chiang Mai; a tented camp in northern Thailand,
and a spectacular resort on the island of Koh Samui.
