Successful “Tout à fait Thaï 2025” Festival in Paris
Bangkok, 26 May 2025 – The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) celebrated the successful conclusion of the “Tout à fait Thaï 2025” festival in Paris. Held on 24–25 May at the Parc de Bagatelle, this cultural fest attracted over 10,000 visitors, showcasing Thailand’s charm under the theme “5 Must Do in Thailand.” This event not only captivated French travelers but also marked significant diplomatic milestones: 340 years since Siam’s first contact with France and 170 years of official relations.
Immersive Thai Cultural Experience
Organized by the Royal Thai Embassy with TAT, the festival formed part of the Amazing Thailand Grand Tourism and Sports Year 2025. It featured interactive zones — Must Seek, Must Try, Must See, Must Buy, and Must Taste. Highlights included a traditional Thai floating market and hands-on activities like crafting herbal sachets and enjoying Thai cuisine. The event effectively brought Thai spirit to Paris, creating a vivid multi-sensory experience for attendees.
Thailand’s Ongoing French Tourism Initiatives
France remains a key market for Thai tourism. In 2024, 720,806 French tourists visited Thailand, with 2025 seeing a 19.87% increase in arrivals by 20 May. TAT aims for 870,000 French visitors in 2025, focusing on family and luxury travelers. Strategies include airline partnerships, tourism fairs, influencer trips, and marketing campaigns to promote wellness and lifestyle diversity, ensuring France’s enduring connection with Thailand.
