A seminar entitled ‘Smile Host’ has also been held as part of a joint effort to teach people in the tourism industry on how to be a good host and hone their language skills.

The seminar was divided into two sessions, one for AoT executives and the other for transport company employees who work at Suvarnabhumi Airport. Mrs. Benjawan said this move will create a long-lasting impression on tourists and make them want to revisit Thailand.
