The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) could eventually usher in an era of much deeper regional integration: for corporates doing business in the region, their future success may well hinge on how adeptly they manage to navigate the evolution of Asia’s trade landscape under the RCEP.

The Ministry of Labor is working also to prepare Thai labor for free flow of skilled labor within the ASEAN region when the ASEAN Community is in place in 2015.
A joint meeting of the state and private sectors on Monday agreed to form two committees to plan a framework of Thailand European Union Free Trade Agreement (FTA) negotiation, said Commerce Minister Boonsong Teriyapirom. Thailand and the European Union will open formal talk on Free Trade Area agreements early next month.
