TAT Celebrates 49th Participation in ITB Berlin
The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) is marking its 49th participation in the ITB Berlin with a dynamic programme that includes two high-profile events. The presence of Her Royal Highness Princess Ubolratana and Prime Minister H.E. Mr. Srettha Thavisin will grace these events.
Thai Delegation at ITB Berlin 2024
The ITB Berlin 2024 is being held from 5 – 7 March at the Messe Berlin Exhibition Grounds in Germany. The Thai delegation, including hotels, tour companies, and government bodies, is stationed at the Thailand stand in Hall 26B. Ms. Sudawan Wangsuphakijkosol, Minister of Tourism and Sports, invites all attendees to explore business opportunities with senior travel executives.
The ITB Berlin (Internationale Tourismus-Börse Berlin) is the world’s largest tourism trade fair. The companies represented at the fair include hotels, tourist boards, tour operators, system providers, airlines and car rental companies.
TAT’s Programme at ITB Berlin 2024
TAT’s programme features the gracious presence of Princess Ubolratana, painting activities, and a networking event with the Prime Minister of Thailand. The Thailand Mini Mart, showcasing Thai suppliers, will also take place, highlighting sustainable tourism offerings.
TAT is committed to shaping tourism supplies towards high value and sustainability through initiatives like the Sustainable Tourism Acceleration Rating system and Thailand Tourism Awards categories focused on low-carbon and sustainability.
